Presentation of knowledge and skills necessary to perform the plurality of functions and roles related to the practice of coordination of educational services. Exercises on the function of socio-pedagogical coordination within a specific typology of socio-educational services. Testimonies of pedagogical coordinators in service operating in various educational contexts.

Learning Objectives
Provide: a) historical knowledge on the development of the professional figure of the socio-pedagogical coordinator;
b) knowledge of the most appropriate methodologies to design coordination actions within educational and training contexts; c) communicative and relational skills; d) skills to develop intervention strategies with respect to the pedagogical coordination function; e) tools to develop the autonomy of judgment; f) knowledge of the languages involved in educational actions.

Knowledge of the theoretical and methodological bases of general pedagogy.

Lectures, group work, expert testimonials.
Type of Assessment
Written. A) For attending students: group activities during the course on a specific topic and presentation of a paper in group at the end of the course through ppt and report. Up to 20 points will be awarded for this activity. Two open-ended questions about the book in the program during the exams sessions. Up to 10 points will be awarded for this activity.
B) for non-attending students: through a battery of 15 closed-ended questions on the planned text and 5 open-ended questions on MOODLE free-access materials.

Course program
The course aims to acquire the main knowledge and skills necessary to perform the plurality of functions and roles related to the practice of coordination of educational services. The first module aims to provide knowledge and skills related to design, teamwork, reporting, communication, documentation, management, etc.
In the second module, students, divided into groups, are guided to exercise the function of coordination within a specific type of socio-educational service chosen by the group. The course is enriched by the testimonies of pedagogical coordinators in service operating in various educational contexts.
