Course Content
The course will address the significance of Need Training in relation to the work context of the Professional Education and Training Manager. Consideration will be given real contexts and will be tested according to the principles of a Work-related education.

Learning Objectives
The goals are outlined on the basis of the Dublin descriptors:

Knowledge and understanding (knowledge and understanding): To know and to know how to steer between the models and theories of General Pedagogy and Educational Sciences; Recognize the educational and training processes in formal, informal and non-formal; Mega distinguish between contexts, Macro, Meso and Micro identifying pedagogical-didactic-educational variables:
2. Knowledge and understanding applied (applying knowledge and understanding): Knowing define and assess the social and educational contexts; to recognize the concept of need in everyday life, in individuals, in organizations, institutions;
3. Making judgments (Making judgments): be able to distinguish the different contexts of application of training needs;
4. Communication skills (communication skills): knowing how to communicate the category of need, special and personal necessity needs, organizational and institutional;
5. Ability to learn (learning skills): knowing how to build an autonomous path of research on the training needs, knowing how to build a path for answers to the training needs; knowing how to equip the objective and subjective survey instruments.

The course includes participation in conferences on the subject of training needs; the reception of evidence on the labor market needs; the conversation with key representatives of the workplace related to educational and training professions.
Type of Assessment
The Evaluation mode will be written and oral.
The written test will be defined for Attending students:
1. through the execution of a questionnaire with open and closed answers to be held at the end of the course on a volume of the program;
2. through a Project Needs Analysis to be delivered three days before the trial of an oral appeal.
For non Attending Students:
1. Questionnaire responses to closed and open on the two volumes of the Course Program;
2. Project of Analysis of Needs to be delivered in digital three days before the hearing of the appeal.
