Course Content
The course examines the issue of needs analysis in educational contexts (formal, non-formal) and in general related to the development of human capital. Consisting of the following training units:
1. Needs analysis: terminology, meanings, contexts;
2. LLL and integrated training system: the need for capacity building;
3. Methodologies and induction tools and detection of needs
4. Need analysis and policy cycle. introductory elements.
