To interpret and understand the organizational structures as well as the organization design and re-design process. To analyze the processes regarding human resource training and development from the organizational competence perspective
Teaching Methods
Traditional lectures, seminars, project works in groups, case studies.
Type of Assessment
Final exam will be both written and oral. However, oral exam will be considered only in case of a passing grade of the written exam.
